Food Preparation
The preparation of your order can begin immediately after your order has been confirmed. We cannot accept cancellations once your order has been confirmed with the restaurant. Advanced orders may be cancelled prior to the scheduled pick up time or delivery time at our discretion. Please call (403) 251-7888 to find out if your order is eligible for cancellation. We will refund the total price of any cancelled order to the credit or debit card used to place the order.

Food Allergies
Our ingredients and sources may contain nuts, shellfish, msg, and so on, please notify us of any kind of allergy before placing your order. gluten-free is available for some dishes, please don’t hesitate to call to find out. You are responsible to double-check your order before paying and completing placing your online,call-in, walk-in order. We do not take any responsibilities of any allergies that you do not mention prior to completing placing an order.

Miscommunication, Food Order Errors or Incomplete*
We always repeating orders back and have conversations recorded when you place the order over the phone and double-check by check-marking on your receipt to ensure our accuracy. However, on the rare occasion that you do not receive food that is on your receipt, or that is different from your receipt, we sincerely apologize. Please call us as soon as you notice that there was an error in your order. You may come to pick up the correct food item, have a store credit saved towards your next order, or have it delivered for free, if you ordered directly from us. Your order will be a first priority if you come to pick it up. In all cases, please return the food order in the original container(s)* to our host. You may cancel the missed food before we prepare it without any question, and we will refund you with a store credit towards your next order. No cash refunds.

Flavor Level
We offer a choice of flavor levels (Mild, Regular, Extra Hot for spicy, and no salt, less salt in general) but spice and salty can be different for everyone. We usually suggest that you are on the side of caution and choose a lower spice or salty level because you can add spice or soy sauce in, but can’t take it out! We do not offer discounts or refunds for a preferred different spice or salty level, but please let us know if you’d like us to add a side of ground chili paste, chili oil for you. Please note: for extra a side of ground chili paste, chili oil, price starts from $1.25 & up)

How you would like your food being cooked
Please inform us the way you expect your order is being cook (such as extra saucy, less saucy, well done, soft, crispy, etc.) and we will try our best to meet your expectation. However, we do not offer discounts or refunds for your specific preference.

Complimentary Food, Discount, Offers, Group Dinner & Dinner for One
Sorry, we cannot provide a refund, store credit or cash value on any complimentary food, discount and offers. We reserve the right to change our price, discounts, offers, group dinner and diner for one anytime without notice.

Cancel Order
Sorry, we cannot cancel, refund or give store credit if you change your mind or mistakenly order an item after the order is prepared. We cannot provide any refund or store credit for non-food items or beverages.

Third Parties (Skip the dishes, Ubereat, Doordash, etc.)
We sincerely apologize for your negative experience consuming our food and using third parties to order, but we are not responsible for the refund or return and any issues of your orders placed from your third-party (Skip the dishes, Ubereat, Doordash, etc.). We strive to maintain same food quality no matter how you order. However, We cannot guarantee your food quality as it might take an hour sometimes for your Third Parties to find a driver who is willing to take your order (we are telling you this happens), and your order is sitting in a warmer in the meanwhile for the same period of time. If you have any issues after you place your order from your third parties, you have to contact them for help.

In General
As a private business, it is the right of the restaurant to deny or refuse service to any customer for any reason. If a customer abuses any of the Return & Refund Policy, disrespect our staff, using hateful languages, we, unfortunately, will not be able to conduct future business with the customer so that we may continue to provide excellence and quality food and service for you and our other wonderful and frequent patrons.

Please note: we strive to prepare and package our pick up items to preserve the high quality of the food. Keep in mind the temperature, sauce, and consistency of some items may vary slightly after being packaged.

*If 25% or more of the food has been consumed or removed we cannot issue any discount, refund or store credit. If the food has been discarded, repackaged or tampered with then we cannot verify its origin or issue and cannot issue any discount, refund or store credit. Also, we will only prepare a second food order in all situation and we will not prepare a third-order replacement.
